Refund Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

3. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
